Abuse or misuse of authority::When any employee uses their position for personal gain.
Inappropriate behavior::Intentionally misbehaving, specifically deliberate violation of a law or regulation.
EEOC::Any branch of the EEOC policies and practices, which include, among other things, recruiting, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, and other benefits and conditions of employment.
Discredit::Intentionally damaging someone else's prestige.
Discrimination/Harassment::Discrimination and/or Harassment is unwelcome conduct that is based on race, color, religion, sex/gender identity (including pregnancy), national origin, military status, age (40 or older), disability status, genetic information or any other classification under local, state or federal law. Offensive conduct may include, but is not limited to; offensive jokes, slurs, epithets or name calling, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule or mockery, insults or put-downs, offensive objects or pictures, and interference with work performance.
Extortion::Forcing actions from another through intimidation, bribery or other means.
Sabotage or vandalism::Destruction of company or employee belongings or obstruction of production by disgruntled workers (e.g., equipment destruction, theft, delays, etc.)
Policy Violation::Actions, deliberate or unintentional, that violate the company's policies, procedures, codes of conduct, or implicit contractual responsibilities.
